Privacy Policy

We collect only what you tell us and the minimum the site needs to work:

• Quote request: name, email, phone, property address, and the cleaning details you describe (property type, size, frequency, services, and notes).
• Direct contact: whatever you write when you reach us through the site, by email, or on WhatsApp.
• Technical visit data: the language you chose and, if you allow usage measurement, the pages you view and where you click.

We use this data to:

• Prepare and send your quote and talk to you about it.
• Schedule and carry out the service, if you hire us.
• Meet legal and tax obligations.
• Understand how the site is used and improve it, when you allow measurement.

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to advertisers. It is processed by providers working for us, strictly on our instructions:

• Insider Clean, the platform that hosts this site and where we manage quotes, scheduling, and clients.
• Google, which suggests and validates the address typed in the quote request. The lookup goes out from our server, not from your browser: Google receives no cookie of yours and does not know which page you are viewing.
• OpenFreeMap, which provides the service area map images. Loading the map gives it your IP address, so it only loads if you allow the Map category.
• Microsoft Clarity, which measures site usage. It only loads if you allow the Usage measurement category.

We keep quote data while the proposal is open and, if you hire us, for as long as we need the service history and must meet legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

You can request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your data, and withdraw any consent you gave, at any time. Just get in touch.
